LITTLE ROCK, AR - An England man was arrested Sunday morning after he allegedly shot at two people at a party in Scott, killing one of them. According to the incident report, 46-year-old Terry Detherow fired shots at 7925 Bayou Drive. 37-year-old John Jacob Mosley was shot one time in the chest.... Read More »
